RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Detox to Health, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns/exchanges for defective items.

we also accept returns if due to our error. bottle seal/product must be factory sealed and returned within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please notify us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Consultations or any booking service are strictly non refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Please note that we can only accept returns or exchanges on physical items only and that products are in their original sealed condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected / approved.
